With this latest update, your rocket-scientist app developers could not fathom the intricacies of allowing HHonors members to see our pending reservations after logging into our accounts? REALLY??? We have to KNOW OUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER??? Was it that hard? Wait. No. It couldnt be THAT hard since every other hotel app does this by default. Including an older version of your own app. This is so h Horrible upgrade (2 stars) Still can't see existing reservations when logged in, why would u need confirm #s when already signed in Worse than before! (1 star) I wish I read the other terrible reviews before I 'upgraded' to this version. Even more buggy and useless than before. Don't Upgrade!
