Easy to search and find what you are looking for. $5.99 may seem like a lot but it's cheaper than a book plus it puts the rules in your hand, right where you need them while at a game. Great app for umps, coaches & players (5 stars) Soooo much easier than flipping back n forth in a rule book! Every rule and situation that applies pops up, easy to use and worded exactly like the rule book and case book. This is awesome!!! Umpiring since 1978.
