Undocumented Limit of 10 meg (3 stars)
The remote access works ok except for an undocumented arbitrary limitation of 10 meg. I reported this as a problem and the 2nd tier support of Carbonite finally responded there was an arbitrary limit of 10 meg for file access. It does not matter what you set your carbonite cache size to or how much memory is on your remote device (be it an Iphone or an Ipad2). If they would remove this arbitratry limit or at least let it be determined

Missing Feature (4 stars)
App works great.
The only frustrating thing is that it is difficult to find a particular file from a backed-up location. Being able to dynamically sort files (such as by descending modified date) would solve this. A search box would also be great.

Good app but need some updates (3 stars)
I like the ability to play music files. We should have the ability to stream music as well. This should be applied to videos also. This functionality should not be limited by file size. Videos of size upto 2-3gb should be allowed to stream.

We also need the ability to download files larger than 10mb. I should be able to download any file, store it on my phone and be allowed to open with any application I choose. The OPEN IN dialo
