(1 star) This app just changes the frame rate, does not do motion vector time wraping, nor it does simple frame blending. Is just changes frame rate. Fun. Works. Here's how. (5 stars) "Stretch to synchronize" in the settings makes it so the audio syncs. On the main page click the gear in the bottom right corner to get there.
