Why do we need you to enable location services to view images? Apple insists: as images on your Camera Roll could contain location data, and we could read that location data, you have to enable Location services whether we want to read it or not (and we don't, by the way). What's New in Version 1.11Release 1.11------------ ➢ Double-tapping the Mode Selector disables the Film Modes and Backs for "unprocessed" JPEG output (and re-enables them) ➢ Smoother operation for Back Selector and Mode Selector knobs ➢ Option to save dRAW TIFFs to Camera Roll rather than Documents folder (via Settings.app) ➢ Option to mute audio feedback (via Settings.app) ➢ Option to add Artist Name to EXIF data (via Settings.app) ➢ Option to disable GPS tagging of images (via Settings.app), although Location Services must still be enabled to view images, as imposed by Apple ➢ Fixed quirks in "upside down" landscape mode ➢ Fixed "black screen" for users trying to review/share images with Location Services restricted (but not disabled...) ➢ Fixed Flickr sharing bug where title was not being posted ➢ Fixed intermittent issue where zoom level was incorrectly sent to image capture ➢ Revised sharing buttons ➢ Updated User Manual Release 1.10 ------------ ➢ dRAW TIFF option saves full—645—format, whatever the choice of Back (rather than cropped) ➢ Both landscape orientations now supported ➢ Grid, Meter, WB-L and Timer buttons have target "hot zone", so easier to press ➢ Enhanced memory/CPU management ➢ Fixed "black screen" for users trying to review/share images with Location Services disabled ➢ Fixed two major battery drain issues that could be triggered under certain circumstances ➢ Fixed minor formatting issue with Software metadata tag ➢ Fixed Flickr sharing bug where descriptive text was were not being posted ➢ Fixed Flickr sharing timeout bug for larger files ➢ Fixed incorrectly capitalized camera name in metadata ➢ Fixed intermittent crash when saving multiple JPEG+TIFFs ➢ Camera control returned somewhat more quickly after shot taken ➢ Updated dRAW LCD and saving tell-tales to read +TIFF, plus updated User Manual Customer ReviewsThe best, hands down. (5 stars)There's so much I could say good about this app- but it would be a rehash of the features noted in the description. The winning feature is that this app can actual focus precisely! Every other camera app I have cannot pick focus an a small foreground subject- this one locks in to what you want it to. Image quality is superb, b&w styles are excellent and saving the RAW tiff is another exclusion. Having all Options gone wild (3 stars) When I saw Michael released a new camera app to such rave reviews I bought 645 without hesitation. Though it's interface is somewhat analogue camera like it has so many options accessible via small buttons; cumbersome would be the only way to describe the user experience. I have no doubt that he will continue refining 645 until it is an absolute stan Great app and developer (5 stars) 645 PRO has become my favorite camera app. The image quality is unsurpassed. The features, options and design are interesting, unique and very camera-like. I usually never read a manual, but in this case it really helped because this app is not a one trick pony.
