After about a dozen e-mails to and from TIME customer service, and resetting my password twice, I STILL get an error message when I try to sign in to this app. I can't believe they can't get this right!! Good thing I like the print version...... Update = Less Convenience in Library View (2 stars) While this app has always had some quirks such as randomly logging me out and showing incorrect covers on new issues to be downloaded, the latest update to 5.1.100 includes more than "minor bug fixes". It has also changed the layout in the library view to a less convenient layout that now shows all issues that are not on my device at the top -- including the oldest ones from last year -- with the downloaded ones I have yet to read Cutting edge concept ruined (2 stars) TIME clearly has the right idea. Unfortunately it is horribly executed with this embarrassingly poor app. It is unacceptably buggy, user unfriendly, and has a user interface that was already bad get even worse with the latest upgrade. TIME, the magazine, is known for its outstanding content and production. Sadly, while this app hints at how good an electronic version can be, it instead only serves to tarnish TIME's reputation.
