There have since been very few updates since then. I finally got tired of hearing about all the other great RSS readers to come out and decided to download Reeder, allowing me to flow through my feed Disappointing (2 stars) As a longtime user of NetNewsWire on the mac, I was glad to pay for this app. However, I found that the syncing with Google was erratic, and switched to Reeder. Sad. (2 stars) It was great. Now it seems to be abandonware.
