This app is great because it allows you to do both. I can type in lines of poetry, or record a little melody or song very easily! I like how you're able to title them, customize their icons, and file them into Very disappointed with icon layout (1 star) I liked this app until they switched to the icon layout. It makes no sense whatsoever. No song title is short enough without it cutting it off. Who's idea was this?!? Revert back to LIST VIEW!!!!! And the options to arrange the songs however or automatically sort alphabetically. Excellent, simple, and easy to use (5 stars) I've been looking for something like this for some time. Most of my songwriting inspiration occurs when I'm driving to or from work. It's pretty inconvenient to pull over all the time, so I've taken to using a little voice recorder. This app allows me to record my spoken ideas and it immediately translates them to writing, making it quick and easy to edit into a song format at a stoplight or in the parking lot.
