Almost 1500 questions with good rationales, and it's easy to customize and save quizzes....I would highly recommend this to anyone studying for the nclex, even if you don't use this book. Wish they had maternity and psych versions! Not free (1 star) This app will charge you even if you have an account through the point. There is a separate app which prompts you for information for the free version. Best free NCLEX review period. (5 stars) 70% of nclex is med surg so this is the most important stuff. it's free and it's just as good if not better than ATI or Saunders.
