My issue is that I cannot log into my service, getting an unhelpful "Oops! Your user name or password is incorrect." So I log into the website without issue. Then I use the "contact support" link in the App Store and I am sent to a homepage for Epic. I'll assume that this is the developer but there is no reference to the App on their site and the Love The ConceptHate The Execution (2 stars) It makes so much sense to have an app that provides access to your medical info. But. It has dropped off one of my two providers from the list of who you can email. And it gives an error every time I try to email my PCP. Ugh!! Love this (5 stars) Can see past appts and meds. AVS view would be lovely. The ipad app also works well.
