Don't know how I ever lived without my SmartStart Sys (4 stars)
I really love that I can start my car from my office without ever leaving my desk. With my old remote start I would have to leave my office, go down to the ground level and walk out of my office building and head towards the parking lot in order to start the car.

It came in hand a few time when I needed to let someone in my car, I just unlocked it and then relocated the car once they were done.

Been a SmartStart user for over two years and can't live without it. Upgraded to a SmartStart GPS and use the Hotspot alert all the time now. I see lots of people whining about silly stuff, but my system works everytime and my car is warm when I get in, so that's all that matters to me :)

UPDATE 6/2012:
System has been rock solid reliable for me. 3.0 adds some pretty awesome features. Car status is a no-brainer. SmartSchedu
