Switching from the Starbucks Card Mobile app? Before you delete your old Starbucks Card Mobile app and begin using the Starbucks app, make sure you register your Starbucks Cards to avoid losing your balances.

Here’s how:
1. Open the Starbucks Card Mobile app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Starbucks Cards Account.
4. Select Create An Account.
5. Fill in the information requested. (Your username is your email address.)

Free coffee (5 stars)
When you earn a free cup or on your birthday it should be sent to the app instead of sending it in the mail. I get cards all the time but I never have it with me to redeem but if it was in the app that would make it easy and Starbucks would save a card and stamp.

Why cant you use your free drinks from the app/card as well. Save money by Allowing customers to enroll in "paperless" rewards. Getting a card in the mail is crazy.

Free drink should be electronically credited to your account (1 star)
The "Free 15" drink should be electronically credited to your account. Starbucks is banking on the fact that many people will lose/never receive their paper postcards that were sent in the mail.
The app will instantly debit and update your balance when you make a purchase and charge your credit card to reload the balance, why can't they instantly credit your account with the free drink? The postcards expire if you don't use th
