DescriptionMixologist is the ultimate drink recipe and bartending guide.THOUSANDS OF RECIPES Browse and search through 7,900+ drink recipes and 1,300+ ingredients. METRIC/IMPERIAL UNITS Metric and Imperial (US) units can be chosen for all recipes with the click of one button on the "More" tab. CUSTOM DRINKS Add your own custom drink recipes to the library. LIQUOR CABINET The "Liquor Cabinet" tab lets you enter all the liquor and mixer types you have on hand--and search the entire database for all the cocktails you're able to make. RANDOM DRINKS The "Random" tab has a slot-machine interface, which lets you find random recipes based on liquor, mixer, and glassware criteria. The Cabinet and Random features are user-friendly because we've broken down 1,300+ ingredients into 87 categories. BAR/LIQUOR LOCATOR Find nearby liquor stores and bars using maps and GPS. DRINK CATEGORIES Cocktails, Martinis, Shooters, Jello Shots, Hot Drinks, Punches, Non-Alcoholic, and Favorites. AND MUCH MORE... Learn bartending terminology and techniques. Share recipes with your friends via Email, Twitter, and Facebook. Watch video tutorials, streamed from the web. NOTE: The free version of this app is "Mixology," which is ad-supported and has fewer features. What's New in Version 3.0★ IMPROVED LIQUOR CABINETNow you can expand/collapse ingredient categories on the Cabinet tab for fine-tuning your search results. Select entire categories or individual ingredients. ★ BROWSE BY MULTIPLE INGREDIENTS The "Browse By Ingredient" feature now lets you browse our database using multiple ingredient criteria. ★ GENERAL VS. BRAND NAME INGREDIENTS The "Browse By Ingredient" feature also lets you select general and/or brand name ingredients. For example, selecting "Vodka" on the General tab will include all brand names of vodka. ★ IMPROVED MAPS The "Find Liquor Stores & Bars" feature now has search functionality. Also, new location pins drop as you move the map with your finger! ★ IMPROVED SEARCHING FOR DRINKS Drink recipes now appear in real-time as you type, much like when searching for ingredients in version 2.x. ★ TOP RATED DRINKS Every 30 minutes, we refresh the list of the top rated drinks from all users across multiple platforms. Your ratings make a difference. ★ RECIPE RATINGS Rate each drink from 1 to 5 stars, just like you would an app on the App Store. Your rating is shown in orange. The average is in yellow. ★ COMMENTS Tap the comment icon at the bottom of a recipe and share your thoughts with other users. This also integrates with Facebook. ★ RECIPE TOOLBAR At the bottom of each drink recipe, you'll find a toolbar full of colorful icons that let you share comments with other users, create favorites, share recipes with friends, and look at photos. Only some popular recipes have photos right now, but we'll be adding more and more. ★ DRINK CATEGORIES We've added two new drink categories, Classic and Popular. ★ INGREDIENT DETAILS Tapping the yellow ingredient links on a Drink Recipe screen now shows you more detailed ingredient information. Lots of drinks. However, it needs to be able to sync between devices and backup. Cloud. Love it! (4 stars) Now I can easily find drinks on the go. I like the comments and star rating too. Thanks for the awesome app!
