Very Useful Site (4 stars) Good recipes, done in a breezy, entertaining style--- although the author needs to learn how to spell: It's disconcerting to read "grissel" for "gristle," for example. More frequent updates would help, too. For these reasons, four stars rather than five. But overall, a darn good site.
