Customer ReviewsGreat App (5 stars)I have been using this app for almost a year now. It truly helps in reducing anxiety that I deal with. I think everyone should use this app once a day to stay relaxed. Or use the 24 minute program to put you right to sleep. Annoying (2 stars) This woman voice is REALLY irritating. "let's begiiiiin by finding a comfortable positiiiiiion." she sounds sort of depressive. I went off my sleep meds! (5 stars) I used to need a prescription to sleep, but the deep relaxation program has me asleep before it ends most times. It shuts my mind off - amazing! The total body one is great for tension as well as getting centered. I really like the lady's voice. It is very calm and serene. I know some people think it is monotone, but I find that if there is a lot of emotion in a voice it is distracting to my practice. It is great
