I've used the Exercise4weightloss internet site for some time now and love it. I eagerly awaited the iPhone app and was not disappointed. I know more restaurants are being added all the time. This is a must-have for anyone who likes to eat out. Restaurant food can be hidden land minds of fat, sodium and other kinds of "junk". Be educated....be aware. Download this app!
