It is very unclear what the various parameters mean exactly in relation to each-other and it is a process of trial and error to figure it out. 2) After a workout don't forget to kill the app, or it will drain your battery even if the t Horrible (1 star) Don't waste your money on this. No way to customize interval times at all. Horrible Good app, needs documentation (4 stars) As others have said, this is in desperate need of documentation. I figured things out through experimentation and trial and error, but a page explaining what each setting does and walking through setting up a program would be much better. A few gotchas: the set start sound supercedes the interval sound, and saving with a duplicate title does not update the existing program, but creates a new program and is then fussy about deleting the other
