Especially when it comes to (a) a paid app, and (b) one of the best apps for the ipad. Ads in game? (1 star) I'm a big fan of this game - even if it crashes now and then, not a big deal. Today, the app store let's me know that an update is available, and that it includes a bunch of new scenarios, as well as bug fixes. They DID NOT MENTION THE ADS. I bought his game. Therefore I don't expect to see an ad banner running continuously at the top of my screen, with helpful ads from 2K telling me about games I don't own or care about. Marquee ads? (1 star) Amazing game, marred by scrolling text advertising other games. Unacceptable to add ads to a paid game after so many purchased it without ads.
