Not as good as the second one (2 stars) I liked that it had a lot of levels, but the corkscrew "shot" was very confusing and didn't make any sense. I got frustrated and decided to quit my game. The second one, Amateur Surgeon 2, was MUCH better than this one. Also, the graphics/quality were terrible.
