This app performs as advertised. It is a great help to see the actual monthly payment including all the taxes and additional fees. A great app that I find myself using quite often while I shop for a house.

A couple of things I would like to see added would be the ability to save entered data by property name and a quick comparison feature. The user could then save gathered information pertaining to each property in one location and

This program does exactly what it says it does, with extras thrown in such as including taxes and insurance. Does nice amortization tables. This is the best program of its kind that I've found and I've tried several. And you can't beat the price!
