I like the amortization chart. I don't expect it to be the same as what some banks would produce in a Good Faith Estimate simply because there are additional costs that Banks like to roll into the loan or they include some type of escrow.

The app could benefit from providing graphs and charts to show how much an extra payment on the principal reduces interest over time. Nevertheless, it provides the rough figures most people will wa
