Customer ReviewsWhat do they think? (1 star)When Harris took over M&I, why did they bother to change the app? The account detail page no longer shows a running total, as the online version does, and the available balance doesn't even show up on the same page as the account details. This is very inconvenient, and makes me less likely to use the app. Show my balance! (2 stars) A little progress but not much! Can I please see my balance after each transactions & an accurate available balance? Every time I look it's different than what's online! get with it....geez I'd rather check mobile banking. On a positive the check deposit does work. Way worse than old app (1 star) I've had to delete the app and re-download twice just to log on. It also creates additional steps just to see your transactions. I wish they did not update to this version! It is garbage!
