Up and running finally! (4 stars)
Before giving up on the app, you have to log into you online banking from a computer and set up your mobile banking profile first. BECU is smart to do this. Once you get your verification code you will be all set. My app works perfectly now.

After enabling mobile banking online app works great.

What's the difference? (2 stars)
I like using the pin method. Having to use my username and password makes it no different then going on the website. Which is why I downloaded the app in the 1st place. Now why bother using it.......bring back the pin method.
