For a lease, additional information such as money factor and sales tax will be required to calculate the monthly lease payment. This utility is meant to be easy to use and provide quick information to both car buyers and car sales professional alike. Reverse Loan Mode Selection: This lets you choose from calculating the monthly payment if you know what price of car you want or reverse. You can also determine the value of car based on knowing what monthly payment you want. SHAKE for background color selection. If you don't like the background colors, just shake your iPhone/iPod and the background colors will change. Nothing works in this app, why would they come up with this app without checking to make sure it works. I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this one. Hopefully they will fix it want my money back (1 star) if you enter all info in loan payment mode then switch to price mode with the same data, the monthly payments are off by as much as $70, the vehicle price off by more than 1400. Not good (1 star) I have to calculate a Lot of staff manually
