HOW TO SYNC (MAC)
In order to sync Mental Case with a Mac, you will need access to a Wi-Fi (airport) network, and a copy of Mental Case for Mac OS X. You can download a free 14-day trial of Mental Case for Mac OS X at http://www.mentalcaseapp.com/mac

To sync, tap 'Start Sync' on the iOS device in the sharing menu, and then look in the left column of the main window in the Mac app for your iOS device to appear in the list. Select it, and follow the instructions.

WARNING: At this time, the iOS edition of Mental Case does not support all features of Mental Case for Mac. There is no support for formatted text, no multiple-choice quizzes, and you can only edit a maximum of two facets (sides) per note (though you can study more in a slideshow). An update is planned to address these shortcomings. In the meantime, it may not be suitable for studying all types of notes.

HOW TO IMPORT (LINUX AND WINDOWS)
If you don't have a Mac, you can use Mental Case to download flash cards you have created on FlashcardExchange.com or Quizlet.com. You can use a free account to do this. (Note that at this time you cannot upload flash cards created on your iPhone. You may also need a paid account in order to include images and/or audio.)

Windows and Linux users can also import study archives created on a PC via iTunes. For more information, go to http://www.mentalcaseapp.com/studyarch
