The brown background disappears and comes back periodically without reason. It functions fine when this happens but is very difficult to read the screen. The games do not work at all with this app. There is a place in the settings to switch to game mode. You cam choose pick 4 words to identify, pick 4 words to read, 6 words to identify, etc. But no matter which you choose, once you go to play the game it j Weird choice in noises made by animals (3 stars) I was looking for a soundboard of animal noises for my preschool class and found this. It worked for what I needed it for but find little use for it otherwise. What really set the app back was the horse noises were not anything like a horse it was pretty much heavy breathing and there was no nay which is a problem when I have s class full of horse- loving kids. If it was a simple snort and a nay, i'd like it more and goes for a lot of the o Freezes up (1 star) If your kid touches one of the MANY animals showing a "lock", then it goes directly to the IN APP PURCHASE screen. I have that feature disabled which the program did not like. So, I was forced to hard reboot iPad. Unless you intend to purchase everything, DON'T BUY Tom
