DescriptioniUSF gives you access to the latest information about the University of South Florida wherever you are.Use the iUSF suite of mobile applications to find contact information for people at USF, find your way across campus and keep up to date on USF sports scores. Features: Athletics Read USF sports news, schedules and up-to-the-minute scores. Courses Access course descriptions, times and locations from the USF course catalog, and tap to map the location or contact the professor. Directory Look up USF faculty and staff, store contacts with a few taps, and use the e-mail or phone capabilities of your device to connect. Due to student privacy, this feature might be available in the future. Events Check out listings from USF Events Calendar and then view event locations on the campus map. Maps Search for USF buildings, find them on the map and see your relative location, and zoom or pan across the map using the multi-touch interface. News See all USF's news feeds consolidated in one place, and depend on the new icon to inform you when you receive an emergency alert or IT outage notice. BUT this new update represents such a step backward that I can't understand what our school was thinking. This version makes everything harder.. The map is a lot worse, there are more mobile websites shoved into the app, it looks and feels worse. I miss the old version and want it back. Just because? (1 star) Did USF put out an app... Just because it sounded good on paper? Whatever the motivation, it's almost useless. I'd rather spend the extra time and use Safari to get into blackboard. Either spend the time an make this useful to the everyday student, or stop wasting my tuition money. Blackboard? (2 stars) Let us use blackboard!
