What a fantastic app. It is official! I no longer need my laptop for much of anything but to charge my IPad!

In this day of automation, it's nice to know there's a human on the other side ready to help resolve one's problems. I love this app because it makes printing so easy from my iPad, but the other day it just stopped working. I emailed them to explain my problem and in less than an hour they returned my email asking me for a bit more info so they could help me fix the problem. They resolved my problem quickly and I'm back up and running!

While I haven't used it extensively as of yet, I did get it up and running and printing quickly. It printed the document ok but the print quality seemed to be below par so I sent off a message to the developer and got a detailed email (from Jennifer) about how to correct the problem.
