The Feeling Pretty Remarkable (FPR) Prenatal Program is a series of exercises and movements for pregnant women developed by Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Athletic Trainers, Personal Trainers and Educators. The program is designed to get you moving in a safe and supportive manner during your pregnancy. Take the guesswork out of exercising safely and enjoy the numerous health benefits that exercise can bring to your pregnancy.

Exercising while pregnant prepares the body for labor and delivery, reduces joint and muscle aches and pains, helps control weight and improves energy levels

Get expert coaching with video instruction and demonstration, we teach you how to exercise correctly and safely
The entire program includes 13 different exercises designed to progressively strengthen your pregnant body and protect your spine
Can be done in less than 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week
No previous exercise experience is required and you can start at any point during your pregnancy
Exercises are designed using movements that you do on a daily basis including lunging, squatting, and lifting
