Very disappointing (1 star)
This is an embarrassment to Lonely Planet. Poor user interface, no ability to search, no suggestions on "walking tours" or attractions. Not even a list of museums and sights.
This is not what I expected from Lonely Plant.
True waste of money.

Lonely Planet does not understand mobile devices (1 star)
These apps could have been great, but they completely dropped the ball. Apps are not books, the content needs to be reorganized into a more intuitive interface.

Everything that is in the books should be in the app, to retain value, but the apps need to be updated regularly.

The problem, im guessing, is that their company is all set up around publishing books, and hasn't spent enough money creating a separate software devel
