This app was well worth the money! Serenity Now (5 stars) Didn't have high hopes for this one but gave it a shot and was blown away!! I have trouble sleeping because my mind runs and won't shut off at night-tried this and put on timer at bedtime. The images were so soothing until my eyes were heavy and the music is so calming. My mind drifted peacefully rather than running and I drifted off to sleep. Felt so great in morning because I was lulled to sleep rather than fighting for it.
