Great program, could be even better with a few additions (4 stars) Phenomenal value at $0.99. Really solid body-weight and cardio workouts. This program provides a good foundation for events like mud runs and obstacle courses where you need to use a lot of muscle groups. Two additions that would give it 5 stars in my mind: 1) the capability to add notes to workouts in the workout log to keep track of weight used, etc; 2) updates and additional workouts from time to time.
