"Nearby" function is interesting (3 stars)
For looking people up, this is no better than WhitePages, which provides service to People and has their own app. However, the "Nearby" function might help you get names on those neighbors you see and speak to but whose names you can't recall.

it only works on adresses and people number that live there for a long time, i recently move here and it did not find my name under my cell phone nor my name on new house address
