Of course! Theres a whole page of backgrounds you can choose fromjust click on the backgrounds icon at the top of your screen.

CAN I ADD A NEW BACKGROUND IMAGE?
Sure. Touch the More button to add a background from your Saved Photos or download new backgrounds from the PhotoChop Gallery.
