Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and cost of renewal is set at prices above
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

Not exactly what I expected (1 star)
I have a subscription on my ipad2 and thought by hitting restore from this app it would see I'm already subscribed and let me download the iPhone version but hitting restore does nothing but waste time because it doesn't work. There's gotta be a workaround but I have yet to figure it out. And yes the magazines iPad or iPhone version take ridiculously long to load. Anyone that complains that it says free app while complaining you have to

iPad subscription should be capatible (1 star)
Paying the same price charged for the iPad subscription isn't worth it.

We should be able to use our iPad subscription on the iPhone as well since issues have the same content, but on a smaller screen.
