These applications were made by two public transit riders who wanted to make the 'L' easier to use for all riders. Four stars (4 stars) I really like this app. I found it to be very accurate. Saved approx $50 on cab fare . . . (5 stars) Flew into Chicago-Midway and thought I'd try taking the subway to my hotel downtown. Downloaded this free app onto my iPad. Got a pass in the vending machine and put $3 in cash on it. App worked great, calculating the optimal course including 1 transfer at Roosevelt onto the orange line. Walked out of the station 1 blk from the Downtown Marriott, probably getting there in about the same time as would a cab. Maybe wasn't greatest ide
