Ps I agree with the below comment... Rate the app not the gym... & contact your club with issues. Better yet go somewhere else! Lol It's all perspective...I love this gym & all the workers have been extremely kind and helpful. Sounds like you have a bigger issue and that is your happiness. Peop Purpose of review (5 stars) I think the feedback that this review is intended for is strictly on the app and not the problems you have at your local LA Fitness. I'm sure you can contact your local operations managers who can put you in contact with the appropriate staff member to voice all concerns effectively. Just an idea. Im a fan of the app. Needs one more thing (4 stars) I would give it 5 stars if I could have my phone scanned at check in to the club rather than carrying the keychain.
