DescriptionThis is the iPad version of the Expensify app - if you have an iPhone, we recommend installing our new official iPhone app instead of this one - it's available as a separate download. Just search the App Store for 'Expensify' to find it!Consistently rated as the #1 app for business travelers and road warriors, Expensify does expense reports that don't suck! (CNN Money) We do this by automating your entire expense report process. Use our app to sync with your credit cards and bank accounts to track purchases as they happen. We'll even pull in eReceipts, digital copies of the paper receipts you normally have to carry around, for most purchases under $75. For any purchases that are made with cash or are not eligible for eReceipts, turn your phone in to a receipt scanner by snapping a picture of the receipt! Our app will scan the image and pull out the merchant, date and amount of the transaction. We will use this information to either create a new cash expense or attach the receipt to it's matching credit card purchase. Add in any remaining mileage expenses and you have a completely documented view of all spending. All that's left is to pick and choose which expenses should be added to an expense report and send it off to be approved. We'll email a PDF copy of your report to anyone with an email address for their approval. You can even be reimbursed directly to a checking account, all online! Slate.com raved that we finally "brought expense reports in to the 21st century." (5 stars)I have finally found a solution to pulling old, faded, illegible, receipts out of my wallet, coat pocket, back pocket, car console, wherever! Through the years I must have given my company, millions in unreimbursed expenses because I am so freaking disorganized. Now, after a lunch, meeting, seminar, trip to the office supply store, I can simply take a pic of the receipt categorize it and BAM!! I'm getting a big fat check from our accoun By FAR the most useful app/program for my small business (5 stars) Let me start out by saying that I have never written a review for any app before but felt compelled to do so with this one. Expensify Is revolutionary!! I understand this is a fantastic app for employees to easily and effortlessly create digital receipts of all their purchases. I can see how it would make managing expense reports a cinch! However, I find it most useful to keep track of our company's expenses for tax purposes. Whene Bugs (3 stars) Entered an expense and couldn't see what I was typing. Camera window to attach receipts is too small. Works perfectly on iPhone. Will be using my phone until these issues get fixed. Will also change my review
